This residence offers accommodation exclusively to all members of the University Community (students, professors, researchers, administrative staff, etc.) to those participating in academic and scientific congresses and holders of an international student card or similar. It is essential to present a document proving it upon arrival at the residence.

Single Studio
This air-conditioned single studio has a private bathroom and kitchenette with fridge and microwave. In the studio there is free wired or Wi-Fi connection. All rooms have also heating and TV.
Basic Twin Studio
This studio has 2 single beds. It has air conditioning, heating, bathroom, kitchenette with fridge and microwave, TV and free internet Wi-Fi. Please note that an extra bed or cot cannot be accommodated in this room type.
Comfort Twin Studio
Wide and comfortable. It consists of a bedroom with two beds, bathroom, living-room and kitchenette, refrigerator and microwave. The studio offers comfort with free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating and TV.
Executive Twin or Double Studio
This is the most comfortable and deluxe option in the residence. This room consist in two single beds or one double bed, sofa, complete bath, hairdryer and equipped kitchenette with fridge and microwave. There is Wi-Fi connection, air conditioning, heating and TV.
