StudentLife Programme
StudentLife is the experience that turns your hall of residence into much more than just a place to live. It brings together sports, travel, activities and meaningful experiences so you can make friends, discover new places, try new things and enjoy a much fuller university experience.
Sport and active living on a big scale
Tournaments, sports activities and competitions between halls of residence are all part of StudentLife. ResaSport brings together residents from different locations to compete in a range of disciplines, build team spirit and share one of the biggest events of the year.
Wellbeing and mental health
Taking care of yourself is also part of the university experience. StudentLife offers emotional wellbeing initiatives and resources to support you throughout the academic year, help you manage stressful moments and give you tools to feel better in your day-to-day life.
Travel and meaningful experiences
Some experiences start at the hall of residence and take you much further. Trips to France and Portugal, ski getaways and other plans give you the chance to discover new places, break away from your routine and share memorable moments with residents from other Resa halls of residence.
Community, entertainment and activities
There’s always something happening. Activities, get-togethers, parties, cultural events, charity initiatives and new plans bring the hall of residence to life throughout the academic year, creating opportunities to get involved, meet people and build a community.

Some experiences become the moments you remember most from the academic year. Major events and activities bring together residents from different cities and make StudentLife an even bigger experience.
PortAventura: a weekend of adrenaline
A weekend of rides, adrenaline and fun at PortAventura with residents from different cities. One of the first major events of the academic year to enjoy together outside the hall of residence.
ResaSport: the big sports competition
Resa’s major sporting event brings together residents from different locations to compete in a range of disciplines, build team spirit and enjoy several days of sport and shared experiences.
Plans that take you further
The Resa experience also happens outside the hall of residence. Trips and experiences give you a change of scenery, the chance to discover new places and the opportunity to share the journey with residents from other Resa halls of residence.
ResaSnow: incredible days in the snow and mountains
Snow, skiing and a few days away from your routine with residents from different cities. One of the most anticipated sporting experiences of the year.
ResaTrip: we’re going to France and Portugal
Two destinations, new cities and a shared experience with other residents. ResaTrip takes us to discover Lisbon and Toulouse and experience Resa life beyond Spain.
