    You will be assisted by a multilingual call centre so that you can explain your problem and speak to a professional.

    A telephone medical triage will assess the need to send a doctor to your home (not available in Salamanca, Granada, Gerona, Pamplona, Orense and Tarragona).

    If the doctor deems it necessary for you to go to hospital, and if you are unable to look after yourself, an ambulance will be sent to you and, once there, the cost of hospital care will be borne by you, either through your private insurance or by making a payment.
