Bookings
The booking application system normally opens at the beginning of February. If you want to stay for the whole academic year, please check from this date onwards. If you are interested in a shorter stay, please check availability on the booking form. Many of our residences get full very quickly. Don’t miss your place!
It is very easy! You have to choose the residence hall where you want to apply for a place, click on the “Book now” button and you will access the booking system.
You will have to select the duration of your stay, the type of room, the extra services and the payment method you prefer.
Then, you need to fill in the requested data and make the payment for the booking request. As soon as we have a vacancy that matches one of the room types you have requested, we will send you a notification of admission. To complete the contracting process you must access your user area.

The purpose of the deposit is to consolidate the reservation of the place, to guarantee possible repair costs caused by damage to facilities and material, and to guarantee compliance with the resident’s obligations.
The deposit will be reimbursed, in the cases established in the contract, within the two months following the date of accreditation of the justified leave or the date of departure from the residence hall, once the expenses or costs foreseen in the contract have been met.

Fill in the requested data and choose the day and time that suits you best. You will receive an email from the residence hall confirming the appointment.
Our residence halls are open 365 days a year. In case you are interested in extending your stay, please consult with the Management of the Residence Hall to check availability. We are with you in all seasons of the year!
Cancellations
You can consult the conditions of refund and non-refund of the booking payment and the deposit in section 5 of the Booking Request Conditions that you will find during the booking process.
We will refund the amount corresponding to the application fee and, if applicable, the deposit, if you do not get a place at the University or Study Centre, in the degree that you have indicated as an option in our booking form or in any of the degrees requested in the city where you have made your university pre-enrolment and which must coincide with your 1st option in the university pre-enrolment.
It is essential that you upload a copy of the official document of non-admission from the university or the study centre in the User Zone.
If you do not have this document, you must send us a copy of the results sheet of the allocation of places (university pre-enrolment) and the registration form of the university in the city where you have finally enrolled. In addition, you must send us these documents justifying the non-admission.
Si no consigues el visado de entrada en España y envías un documento oficial justificativo en el plazo de una semana desde la comunicación de la denegación, y antes de la fecha de inicio del contrato.
If you do not obtain a visa to enter Spain and you send an official supporting document within one week of being notified of the refusal, and before the start date of the contract.

Rooms and prices
To consult the prices, choose the residence hall you are interested in, click on “See details and prices” and you will be able to access the details of the room and everything it includes.
Except in the halls of residence that depend on the university call, the rooms are assigned in order of reservation, with priority given to renewing students. The earlier you book, the more options you will have!
All Resa bedrooms include a bed, pillow, mattress, a desk and a chair, wardrobe and wifi. Some residences also have rooms with a kitchen.
Depending on the residence hall and the stay contracted, the services included in the accommodation price are different.
We recommend that, when making your booking, you carefully read the services included in the price of the accommodation. If you wish to hire any extra services, please check the services available at the time of booking.
Services
Many of our residence halls include cleaning services and in others you may hire it as an optional service.
At the time of making the booking, you will be able to consult which is your case or, if you prefer, you may consult it in the price chart on the page of the residence you are interested in.
We have a reception service for packages and correspondence, although in some cases (registered letters, perishable foodstuffs) you will have to be present to pick them up.
We have very handy staff who are always ready to help you with anything you need. You will have to log in to your User Area and fill in a small form to report the incident.
We are always there when you need us. Resa staff is available throughout the day, and during the night, we have a concierge to assist you. In addition, all the residences have a camera circuit connected 24/7.
We always say that at Resa even washing your clothes is cool! There are self-service laundry facilities with washing machines and dryers that you can use 24 hours a day. Many of them accept credit cards.
Your well-being is our priority, that is why, as a resident, you have a 24/7 Telemedicine service included 365 days a year for urgent medical consultations with our partner Quirón Salud.
Regulation
We would like to welcome your pet, but we are only authorized to allow guide dogs. We appreciate your understanding and would be delighted if you could show us photos of your pet!
There is 24h staff and we always open the door any time you need, but we don’t control your coming and going. We believe that responsibility is part of growing up. We only ask you to let us know if you are going to be away for more than 3 days.
To receive guests during the day, just let us know at reception. For overnight stays, you will have to check with the management of the residence.
Yes, in the booking process you can select the option of early payment and benefit from a 3% discount on the total annual fee.
We would be delighted to welcome you! If you wish to spend a few days or weeks in another Resa residence, book your stay at Resa Inn with a 30% discount and a 15% discount for your friends/family. We will send you the discount codes by email so that you can apply them at the time of booking.
Yes, all our Resa residences offer the Resa Hub activities programme (link to activities page).
Throughout the year, you can meet other residents and take participate in activities of leisure, wellness and sports, such as cooking workshops, micro-theatre, sports tournaments, parties, celebrations and trips. You’ll have a great time!
