Our single studios provide maximum independence within the residence, allowing you to organise your day-to-day life and study in your room if you wish. A fully furnished, outward-facing studio with a fully fitted kitchen and bathroom.

The ideal place to share with a friend without sacrificing your own space. Two single studios, larger than the regular single studio, connected by a shared kitchen, both fully equipped and with private bathrooms.

Located in an annexe to the residence, it is undoubtedly the best option to live alone and enjoy a quieter and more relaxed environment. These are extremely spacious studios with a kitchen, dining area, a bedroom and a bathroom.

-The Oviedo Hall of Residence (only 3 minutes walk from Resa Colegio de Cuenca)
-The Fray Luis Hall of Residence (next to the USAL Faculty of Sciences) – with advance notice
-The San Bartolomé Hall of Residence ( opposite the UPSA Faculty of Education) – with advance notice
Remember that if you plan to eat at the Fray Luis Hall of Residence or the San Bartolomé Hall of Residence, please let us know at reception in advance.
