Superior individual studio
The superior individual studio is the best option if you like privacy and tranquility. Additionally, you will have your own fully equipped kitchen, in a space larger than that of individual studios.
Double studio (Single use)
The ideal room type for those who prefer to enjoy twice as much: two beds, two desks, two wardrobes… Just for you! A complete studio with bathroom, kitchen, and fully furnished.

We’re easy to find
Resa Chamartín Hall of Residence offers you a top location, next to the Castellana station and Plaza Castilla.
We are less than a 10-minute walk from UAX Chamartín Campus and UCJC Castellana Campus. Additionally, very close to the residence, you will find the Chamartín station, from where suburban trains depart every 10 minutes to UAM Cantoblanco Campus (10 minutes journey). Resa Chamartín is also perfectly connected to the UAM La Paz campus and IE University, just 10 minutes away with any of the several bus lines that pass through Castellana.
But that’s not all, in addition, you enjoy excellent connections to reach UDIT, IUNIT, European University of Madrid, Complutense University of Madrid, Polytechnic University of Madrid, and many more!

Where you’ll share an appetite and meatball wars
At Chamartín Residence, you will enjoy breakfasts, brunches, lunches and dinners in a fantastic dining room. You can select the pack that best suits your needs in the booking process:
Half board includes 20 breakfasts or snacks + 20 lunches or dinners.
Full board consists of 20 breakfasts or snacks + 40 lunches or dinners.
Single tickets have a monthly expiration date, are like vouchers and are multi-personal. This means that if one day you want to consume more or you want to invite a friend for dinner or a snack, you can do it with this kind of ticket.
Monday to Friday (except holidays): 7h to 22 h (Breakfasts, snacks, lunches and dinners)
Saturday: 12h to 15 h (Brunch) / Sunday: 20h to 22h (Dinner)
The schedule is subject to change due to holidays or vacations.
Our dining room is home to DO EAT, Madrid’s hippest health food chain. Their specialties include fresh salads, soups, daily menus, sandwiches, juices, pastries and breakfasts. Plus, on Saturdays and some public holidays we offer brunch! All prepared with fresh ingredients, daily in their kitchen.
We offer variety and flexibility, you decide what type of meal plan you want and how you want to enjoy it.
