We have one goal: to make sure your university life is about more than just going to class and heading back to your room. We want you to enjoy experiences, meet incredible people and feel that this is your second home. To achieve this, we design life in our residences around three core ideas:

Social impact
We believe the future is not something to be negotiated, but protected. That’s why we work to offer much more than just a place to stay.
Social activities**
We promote values such as solidarity and social commitment through activities in our residences, including food drives and beach clean-ups. Our aim is for everyone to make a positive contribution to their surroundings and the local community.
Governance
Okay, “governance” doesn’t sound very exciting… but it basically means doing things properly. We have anti-corruption policies, benchmark ourselves against international standards, and share what we do to ensure transparency.
In 2025, we published our ESG Report — a document that shows we don’t just talk about sustainability, we live it every day.
Commitment to the environment
At RESA, we work to reduce our environmental footprint, manage resources efficiently and promote sustainable practices among both students and our team. All our residences hold energy certifications, and we carry out initiatives with a positive impact on the local community.
Commitment to reducing our carbon footprint (SBTi)
We are committed to the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi) to reduce our emissions — including greenhouse gases (GHGs) — by 46% by 2030.
